Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Listen to customer inquiries and offer accurate information or solutions
- Assist with order issues, product information, account updates, and general service needs
- Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary
- Maintain a positive, helpful attitude while meeting quality and service expectations
Qualifications
- With at least 6 months Call Center experience handling International Voice Account
- Healthcare experience is a PLUS
- Willing to do same day process after passing the Pre-screening interview over the phone
- Amenable to work 100% ONSITE in McKinley Taguig one HIRED!
