Client Profile: A Digital IT company that was build year 2001 and they are now operating for almost 25 years in the industry. The company provide newest and innovated solutions through platforms and digital tools. The company Position: Business Development Specialist Industry: IT company Location: Cebu Salary: Negotiable Schedule: Monday-Friday Work Set up: HYBRID Work Set Up Benefits: Government mandated Benefits HMO 13th month pay Leave credits Other will be discuss upon job offer Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in any related field At least 3 years of experience in Business Development. Amendable to work in a shifting schedule. Willing to work in Cebu Can attend interviews. Job Responsibilities: Identify potential clients, partnerships, or new market avenues through research, cold calling, and email campaigns. Pitch company products or services, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets. Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and cross-selling opportunities. Analyze competitor strategies, market trends, and industry developments to inform business decisions. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that expand the company's customer base Recruitment Process: (Online and Face to Face) Initial interview Final interview
