We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Property Research & Assistant to support a leading Buyers Agency in Australia. This role involves research, data management, property analysis, CRM updates, and administrative support to assist Buyers Agents in delivering exceptional client service for commercial properties (Industrial, Retail, Office).

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, accuracy in data handling, experience in property research or valuation, and proficiency in multiple systems for task execution.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the kind of person who:

Research & Data Management

• Collect lease and sales comparable data using templates from online sources (Pricefinder, Realcommercial.com.au, Commercialrealestate.com.au) and direct contact with agents.
  
• Research property details, market trends, vacancy rates, and pricing for commercial assets.
  
• Develop Deal Summaries (short and long versions with comparison tables) for client presentations.
  
• Assist in preparing Due Diligence Reports, including:
  
• Area research and zoning checks
  
• Property descriptions and planning overlays
  
• Reviewing commercial leases and tenant info
  
• Outgoings, rental projections, and financial calculations.
  

CRM & Database Management

• Add/update agents, contacts, and property details in CRM (Monday.com) ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  
• Update property status, including SOLD properties, and maintain organized property folders.
  

Document & Process Administration

• Prepare and send Agency Agreements for e-signatures.
  
• Coordinate post-sale tasks: sending gifts, requesting client testimonials, and setting follow-up reminders.
  
• Maintain SOP libraries and workflow automation opportunities.
  

Reporting & Market Analysis

• Research and summarize monthly market reports, create PPT presentation summaries with charts and tables.
  
• Generate deal comparison reports and update market rate/yield trackers for Buyers Agents.
  

Marketing Support

Prepare and schedule EDM Buyer Briefs and deal updates to client databases.

Create social media and website case studies to highlight successful transactions.

CRM: Monday.com

Research Tools: Realcommercial.com.au, Commercialrealestate.com.au, Pricefinder

Software: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), HubSpot or Zoho (for EDM), online collaboration tools.

Requirements

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong English communication (verbal and written) for occasional agent calls.
  
• Experience in real estate, valuation, or property analysis (commercial preferred).
  
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office – especially Excel for comparisons and PowerPoint for reports.
  
• Strong research and analytical skills, highly detail-oriented.
  
• Proactive, fast learner, and tech-savvy.
  
• Familiarity with Australian property market.
  
• Property-related degree or coursework in Real Estate, Finance, or Market Analysis.
  
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and workflow automation.
