Lead Generation Specialist (Office-based setup)

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead our outbound sales efforts. In this role, you will identify and qualify high-potential B2B prospects using industry-leading sales tools, particularly Apollo.io, to help drive business growth. You will be responsible for building targeted prospect lists, executing outbound email campaigns, and managing the early stages of the sales funnel. Key Responsibilities Strategic Prospecting & List Building Utilize Apollo.io to identify and build targeted B2B prospect lists. Apply advanced search filters to ensure lead quality. Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Boolean search techniques to expand and refine lead lists. Continuously identify new business opportunities through strategic prospecting. Outbound Campaign Management Create, manage, and optimize automated email sequences using Apollo.io (via SendGrid). Implement mailbox warm-up procedures to improve email deliverability. Conduct A/B testing of email templates, including AI-generated and proven high-performing campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and optimize reply and conversion rates. Data Management & Analysis Verify and maintain accurate lead information. Track outbound campaign performance and key sales metrics. Analyze campaign data to improve prospecting strategies. Update and manage lead records within the company's ERP/CRM system (Isaac ERP). Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience using Apollo.io for: Lead generation, List building, Email sequences, Database management Experience with outbound B2B prospecting. Knowledge of email deliverability, domain warm-up, and mailbox management. Experience using CRM or ERP systems for lead tracking. Familiarity with: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to work independently and achieve high-volume prospecting goals. Preferred Qualifications Experience handling 200+ cold emails/calls daily. Knowledge of B2B technology sales. Familiarity with computer hardware such as PCs, laptops, monitors, and IT solutions is an advantage. Why apply with us?
