HR Business Partner (Danao)

The HR Manager (Business Partnering) will deliver comprehensive HR support to all commissary employees, driving business objectives and sustaining growth through effective people strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Validates staffing recommendations, identifies talent gaps, and builds partnerships with external talent sources to support workforce planning.
• Aligns divisional goals with organizational targets, manages competency frameworks, and facilitates employee competency assessments.
• Oversees candidate profiling, assessments, and interviews, ensuring timely onboarding through coordination with relevant departments.
• Designs and implements employee development programs, ensures compliance with training systems, and maintains complete training records in collaboration with Corporate HR and external providers.
• Conducts initial job evaluations, coordinates with Corporate C&B for implementation, and provides guidance on compensation and benefits policies.
• Facilitates benefit availment and resolves payroll and benefits concerns to ensure smooth process management.
• Develops engagement, wellness, and CSR programs; manages disciplinary cases and investigations; ensures compliance with labor laws through coordination with government agencies.
• Manages HR budget utilization aligned with KRAs and ensures adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• 4–5 years of experience in HR business partnering
• Background in a multinational or large-scale manufacturing environment
• Strong recruitment experience and proven ability to enhance talent management strategies
• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
• Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Must reside in or have relatives in Danao City, Cebu or nearby municipalities
