Internship Overview (Internship/OJT - CEBU Based Only)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will support the Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in key HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, training coordination, records management, and other HR-related activities.
You will work closely with HR professionals and gain valuable insights into the day-to-day responsibilities of a dynamic HR team. This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills and build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process (e.g., job postings, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Assist in preparing HR documents and reports.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Location: Manros Plaza, General Maxilom Ave, Cebu City
- Work Set Up: On Site (Cebu-based only)
- Schedule: Standard company hours
