The Team Leader manages and motivates CSR agents and Live Sellers to achieve targets, resolve escalated concerns, and ensure excellent customer service. They support live sales performance, address customer needs, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and overall team effectiveness. Qualifications
- Familiarity with live-streaming platforms (e.g., Facebook Live, Instagram Live, etc.)
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in customer service or sales.
- Experience with live sales platforms and customer service software.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, online sales, or a similar field is a plus.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
