Service Team Leader

Key responsibilities
1. Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs in accordance with company procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
2. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, control, power, and payment-system problems within
3. Respond to machine breakdowns and technical concerns reported by attendants or the immediate superior.
4. Conduct scheduled maintenance visits to the five deployment stations or other assigned locations.
5. Test machines after maintenance or repair to verify that they are functioning properly before returning them to service.
6. Maintain records of inspections, repairs, replaced parts, machine downtime, and other technical activities.
7. Monitor the condition of machine components, tools, and spare parts and report replacement or replenishment requirements.
8. Coordinate with Customer Assistant regarding proper machine use, basic checks, and preventive measures to avoid recurring problems.
9. Immediately report safety hazards, recurring defects, or major technical problems requiring specialized repair.
10. Ensure that tools, spare parts, and company equipment are properly handled and accounted for.
11. Perform other related technical duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Qualifications:
1. Graduate of a vocational or technical course in Electrical Technology, Electronics Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.
2.Preferably with experience in equipment maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, appliance repair, or field service work.
3.Basic knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, wiring, and diagnostic procedures.
4.Able to use common hand tools and testing equipment safely.
5.Capable of diagnosing problems, documenting repairs, and following technical instructions.
6.Trustworthy, detail-oriented, resourceful, and safety-conscious.
7. Willing to travel between multiple deployment stations and respond to service calls as needed.
8.Able to work independently and coordinate with attendants and operations personnel.
9.Having a personal motorcycle and a valid driver's license is a must for responding to service calls and traveling between stations.
10. Willing to undergo product-specific technical training and comply with company maintenance and safety procedures.
