Gang Gang Chicken is looking for a highly qualified, hands-on, and results-driven TEAM LEADER with experience in both KITCHEN OPERATIONS and CASHIERING .
We need someone who can lead by example, manage daily store operations, maintain food quality, and ensure excellent customer service while keeping the team motivated and accountable.
QUALIFICATIONSWith experience in both kitchen operations and cashiering , preferably in the food service or quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.
With leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to coach, guide, and motivate team members.
Knowledgeable in food preparation, portion control, food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling.
Experienced in cashiering, POS systems, cash handling, sales transactions, and cash reconciliation.
Capable of monitoring inventory, managing stocks, minimizing food waste, and ensuring product availability.
Can handle opening and closing procedures, shift assignments, and daily operational reports.
Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
Demonstrates integrity, accountability, discipline, and commitment to company standards.
Lead and supervise daily store operations.
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and cashier teams.
Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and excellent customer service.
Monitor team performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
Ensure accurate cash handling, proper inventory control, and minimal wastage.
Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
