Team Leader
Breadwinners Foods Corporation
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and execution of new store openings .
Support operational setup , including store readiness, systems, and processes.
Train, guide, and mentor newly hired store team members.
Ensure adherence to company standards in customer service, product quality, and store operations.
Act as a role model in delivering excellent customer service .
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve training and store opening processes.
Coordinate with management and other teams during pre-opening and opening phases.
Adapt to different store environments and team dynamics as needed.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Business, or related course ; equivalent experience may also be considered.
With team leadership or supervisory experience , preferably in the Food & Beverage or retail industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills .
Customer service-oriented, approachable, and able to effectively communicate with both customers and team members.
Able to lead, motivate, and monitor team members to ensure smooth daily store operations.
Willing to travel and work on a shifting schedule , including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays .
Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, especially during store openings and operational requirements .
Highly organized, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must be residing near Sta. Ana, Manila
Work Environment:
Field-based role with frequent travel to various store locations .
Dynamic and fast-paced environment , especially during opening periods.
