Your Role

We're looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant to help grow our online presence through consistent, engaging content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating social media content, designing graphics, and producing short-form videos while staying on top of current trends.

The primary objective of this position is to increase our content output and maintain a consistent brand presence by supporting the execution of marketing plans and content strategies across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics and social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Produce short-form video content using AI tools and perform light video editing for Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Schedule and publish content according to the marketing calendar.
• Help maintain an active and consistent presence across all social media channels.
• Assist with writing and formatting blog content and repurposing it into social media posts.
• Research social media trends, content ideas, and industry topics to keep our content fresh and engaging.
• Follow brand guidelines to ensure all content is consistent in style, tone, and messaging.
• Work with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
• Assist with other marketing-related projects as needed.

About You

For you to become a  successful  candidate for this role:

• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Comfortable using Canva or similar graphic design tools.
• Basic video editing skills for short-form content.
• Familiar with AI-powered content creation and editing tools.
• Understanding of social media marketing best practices.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and how it supports content marketing.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Keeps up with current social media trends and enjoys trying new content ideas.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years experience required.

• Internet Connection -  Internet access via cable or fiber only (DSL, satellite, or wireless connections are not permitted) | Minimum download speed of 75 Mbps | Minimum upload speed of 75 Mbps | Must be hardwired directly to the PC or laptop (Wi-Fi/wireless not allowed)
