As we continue to grow, we are looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager who can help strengthen our brand presence, develop marketing initiatives, and create opportunities for continued growth.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, creative, organized, and able to take ownership of marketing initiatives from concept through execution. The ideal candidate is not just a task executor but a strategic thinker who can bring ideas, create campaigns, and help build a stronger marketing foundation for the company.

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support Evolve's growth objectives. This role will work closely with leadership and internal teams to create campaigns, improve brand visibility, support business development efforts, and identify opportunities to increase engagement with patients, partners, and the community.

The ideal candidate has strong initiative, excellent communication skills, creative thinking abilities, and the confidence to independently manage marketing projects while collaborating with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals and growth initiatives.
• Create marketing plans, campaign calendars, and project timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, engagement, and market presence.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to support marketing decisions.
• Recommend new marketing initiatives and creative ideas to leadership.
• Brand Development & Content Creation
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing channels.
• Develop and coordinate content ideas for social media, newsletters, websites, and other platforms.
• Create or collaborate on marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
• Utilize tools such as Canva or similar platforms for basic graphic design and content creation.
• Ensure marketing materials align with company standards and brand identity.
• Campaign & Project Management
• Plan, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external resources to execute initiatives.
• Manage multiple marketing projects while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
• Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Growth & Business Development Support
• Support initiatives that increase patient engagement and referral opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and outreach efforts.
• Develop creative approaches to strengthen relationships with partners and communities.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for expansion and brand growth.
• Leadership & Ownership
• Take ownership of marketing initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Proactively identify challenges and recommend solutions.
• Bring new ideas and strategies to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Establish processes and systems to improve marketing operations.
• Help develop a scalable marketing function as the company grows.

Qualifications Required:

Proven experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or a related field.

Strong understanding of marketing strategy and campaign execution.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience creating marketing content and materials.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Experience working with healthcare, physical therapy, wellness, or service-based businesses.

Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.

Experience using Canva or similar design tools.

Experience building marketing processes from the ground up.

Leadership or team coordination experience
