Affiliate Marketing Portals Specialist

Affiliate Program Management

• Set up and manage merchant accounts across affiliate networks including AWIN, ShareASale, CJ, Impact, Levanta, Rakuten, Webgains, and vCommission.
• Recruit publishers and affiliates that fit our categories, audience, and revenue goals.
• Vet every partner before approval — review site traffic, audience geography, and historical performance using tools such as SimilarWeb. Match US-focused publishers to US-focused offers.
• Require a professional domain-based email from partners as a baseline verification step before onboarding.
• Distribute offers, creatives, and commission terms, and maintain regular contact with partners until they begin driving sales.
• Monitor click and sales data daily. Investigate anomalies immediately and pause promotions where fraud or policy violations are suspected.
• Deliver monthly sales validation and performance reports to leadership.

Amazon/Walmart/Shopify Affiliate Program (Levanta)

• Own our Levanta program end to end: creator recruitment, commission structure, and offer setup.
• Identify and onboard Amazon-focused creators, publishers, and review sites into the program.
• Track attributed Amazon sales, brand referral bonus impact, and per-partner ROI.
• Coordinate Levanta activity with our broader affiliate and influencer calendar so partners aren't double-compensated for the same traffic.
• Report on Levanta-attributed revenue and partner performance alongside network affiliate results.

Influencer Partnerships

• Source influencers using region- and niche-specific keyword research and tools such as Modash and Upfluence.
• Evaluate every creator on audience demographics (age, location, interests), average views, engagement rate, and content quality.
• Model estimated campaign ROAS before committing budget; proceed only with creators likely to deliver positive returns.
• Write detailed creator briefs with clear talking points so messaging stays aligned with brand positioning.
• Build custom UTM links per creator for accurate tracking and attribution.
• Maintain long-term creator relationships and optimize repeat campaigns against measured results.

Community Management

• Build and manage branded and non-branded Reddit accounts to grow community presence and drive authentic conversation.
• Create and schedule posts and comments tailored to each subreddit's culture and rules.
• Monitor brand mentions, answer questions, and resolve concerns to build trust and visibility.
• Launch and moderate dedicated subreddits, including community rules and new-member onboarding.
• Use automation tools and scripts to track trends, manage multiple accounts, and scale outreach efficiently.
• Analyze community activity and report insights that shape strategy.

• 3-5+ years in digital marketing with a strong focus on affiliate partnerships, influencer marketing, and community management.
• Hands-on experience managing programs on at least two major affiliate networks (AWIN, CJ, Levanta, Impact, Rakuten, ShareASale, Webgains, vCommission).
• Working knowledge of Amazon affiliate/creator programs; direct Levanta experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to grow a channel from zero to a meaningful share of total revenue.
• Proficiency with SimilarWeb, Modash, Upfluence, or comparable vetting and discovery tools.
• Strong analytical skills — UTM tracking, attribution, ROAS modeling, and fraud detection.
• Clear written English and the discipline to report consistently.

Nice to Have

• Experience in home goods, textiles, furniture, or a related e-commerce category.
• Familiarity with Social Snowball, Insense, ShopMy, or GoAffPro.
• Publisher and editorial outreach experience (commerce media, gift guides, product roundups).
