Customer Engagement Specialist

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll help create meaningful experiences for our users through thoughtful, engaging, and professional conversations. Your role is to build trust, encourage long-term engagement, and ensure users receive genuine value from every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with users through engaging and meaningful conversations.
• Understand users' emotional needs and provide thoughtful, empathetic, and personalized support.
• Guide conversations that encourage long-term engagement and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to introduce relevant platform features and services based on each user's needs.
• Deliver exceptional user experiences while achieving engagement and performance goals.
• Maintain high communication quality across multiple conversations.
• Follow company communication standards, privacy policies, and quality guidelines.
• Continuously improve through coaching, training, and regular performance feedback.

Job Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong empathy and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term user relationships.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with clear engagement objectives.
• Fast and accurate typing skills with excellent multitasking ability.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable computer, stable high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.
• Backup internet or power solutions are highly preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, online support, relationship management, or client engagement is an advantage but not required.

Training Schedule

During the training period, all new hires are required to attend training from 9:00 AM to 6:15 PM (PHT) , Monday to Friday.

Training is fully paid and designed to prepare you for success in your role.

Regular Working Shifts

Shift A: 3:30 AM – 10:30 AM (PHT)

Shift B: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM (PHT)

Shift C: 3:30 PM – 10:30 PM (PHT)

Shift D: 9:30 PM – 4:30 AM (PHT)
