This role is designed for someone with lead generation experience who can connect with clients, book coaches based on their business needs, and keep a group of coaches engaged. You’ll play a key role in managing up to 8 coaches, using CRM software and marketing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter to generate leads, while providing part-time support for the back-office team. Location: Must be in The Philippines – Remote. Environment: Philippines and International Teams. Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1). Timezone: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time. Contract: Full Time Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in lead generation for international clients; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred; demonstrated success in client engagement with measurable results; experience in a multi-client environment.
- Skills: Ability to qualify and prioritize leads effectively; strong written and verbal English skills; strong computer aptitude, including expertise with Microsoft 365 applications; proficiency with ESC2 (CRM) and You Can Book Me.
- Characteristics: Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills; able to own tasks and be a team player; able to function in an autonomous environment as an independent, self-directed worker.
- Select, engage, and book people using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Manage up to 8 coaches and help generate at least 30 to 35 leads per hour via LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Utilize marketing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter and texting, depending on the project.
- Use pre-written scripts for engagement and go “off-script” as necessary after training.
- Utilize ESC2 (CRM) and You Can Book Me, place outbound calls when needed, and provide part-time support for the back-office team.
