Job Description
We are hiring a Commercial Finance Head to drive financial planning, profitability analysis, and commercial decision support for a dynamic consumer-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial finance and business planning initiatives.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
- Evaluate pricing strategies, promotional activities, and profitability.
- Analyze sales trends and operational costs.
- Partner with commercial and operations teams to improve business performance.
- Support expansion and investment decisions through financial analysis.
- Monitor financial KPIs and recommend process improvements.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
- CPA is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Management Accounting.
- Experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, Food Service, or FMCG.
- Strong financial analysis and business partnering experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
