Job Description
Join our growing organization as a Senior Finance Business Partner and play a key role in supporting business decisions through financial planning, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance and operational KPIs.
- Analyze profitability, sales performance, and operating expenses.
- Collaborate with department heads on business improvement initiatives.
- Prepare executive reports and financial presentations.
- Develop financial models for expansion and investment projects.
- Lead and mentor finance professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related course.
- CPA or CMA is an advantage.
- At least 10 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Management Accounting.
- Experience in Retail, Food Service, Restaurant Chains, or FMCG.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency.
- Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
