Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic Management Accounting Head to oversee financial planning, management reporting, and business performance analysis for a rapidly growing restaurant chain. This leadership role partners closely with senior management to provide financial insights that drive operational efficiency, profitability, and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Management Accounting function across restaurant operations.
- Oversee annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
- Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and executive presentations.
- Analyze sales, operating expenses, margins, and profitability trends.
- Provide financial recommendations to support pricing, promotions, expansion, and operational initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams to improve business performance.
- Monitor financial KPIs and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial reporting standards.
- Develop and mentor the Management Accounting team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
- CPA is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Management Accounting or Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Strong experience in Restaurant Chains, Food Service, Retail, or FMCG industries.
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and business partnering skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel functions.
- Strong leadership and people management experience.
- Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City
