Audit Associate (Remote -PH | Independent Contractor | US Hours)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support audit engagements from planning through completion
• Review and analyse financial statements to identify risks or inconsistencies
• Prepare audit workpapers and maintain accurate documentation
• Perform testing of internal controls and substantive audit procedures
• Collaborate with senior auditors and managers to meet deadlines
• Communicate findings clearly and professionally
• Stay updated on audit standards and best practices (US GAAP exposure is a plus)

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of audit experience (public accounting experience is preferred)
• Strong understanding of audit processes and financial reporting
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience working with US clients or standards is highly advantageous

• Location: Remote (PH-based candidates only)
• Hours: Must be available to work US business hours (required)
