Marketing Coordinator (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Home) Schedule: 10-20 hours per week (30+ hours per week after 1-2 months) Rate: USD $9-11/hour The Marketing Coordinator is a hands-on specialist who brings multifamily and real estate brands to life across digital channels through compelling copy, imagery, photography, social media, email, website content, and branded campaigns. This role requires strong experience working directly within digital advertising and marketing platforms to launch campaigns, manage content, monitor performance, and make timely updates. The ideal candidate understands how to tell the story of a property, community, or company in a way that connects with prospective residents while supporting leasing, brand awareness, and lead-generation goals. Success also requires the ability to gather performance data from multiple platforms, build clear marketing reports, identify trends, and translate campaign results into actionable insights. Overall: We’re looking for an exceptionally organized marketing coordinator with strong project management skills, good marketing instincts, and the ability to keep multiple moving pieces organized while supporting a fast-paced client services team. Skills Project management (most important) Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong written communication and follow-through Design eye and brand consistency Comfortable drafting copy Comfortable working across multiple projects and shifting priorities Marketing reporting and analytics familiarity Coordinates internal and external resources to keep projects moving Resourceful and proactive problem solver Comfortable learning new marketing platforms and technology Sense of ownership (own project timelines and keep the ball rolling) Platform Familiarity Project management platforms (Asana preferred) Canva Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) CRM platforms Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar) Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Business Profile Website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 Example Projects the Coordinator Will Assist With Coordinate photography projects: Schedule photography Prepare shot lists Select and organize final images Download, rename, and archive assets Upload photos to websites, Google Drive, and client systems Coordinate virtual staging projects Manage website content updates and asset collection Coordinate graphic design requests from kickoff through final delivery Assist with social media scheduling and content coordination Build and deploy email campaigns using templates Compile marketing reports and dashboards Coordinate Google Business Profile updates and audits Track project timelines, approvals, and deliverables Coordinate vendor communications and project follow-up Assist with client onboarding tasks and account setup
