HR Coordinator (Remote)

HR Coordinator (For Medical Staffing Firm) Remote, Full-Time, Monday – Friday Monday- Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST/CDT) Rate: USD $8/hour Key Responsibilities Manage onboarding for healthcare professionals (nurses, caregivers, medical assistants, etc.) Collect, verify, and organize employment documents, licenses, certifications, and compliance files Track credential expirations, renewals, and compliance requirements Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and shared drives Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and required screenings Support offboarding processes and documentation when needed Assist with HR reports, audits, and internal trackers Communicate clearly with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA-compliant handling of sensitive information Qualifications 1 to 3 years experience in HR Admin, HR Operations, or People Operations Experience supporting healthcare or medical staffing is a strong plus Familiar with onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working with HRIS, ATS, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets Clear written and verbal communication skills Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks Nice to Have Experience with US healthcare staffing compliance Exposure to credentialing, licensing, or HR audits Familiarity with HIPAA or handling sensitive medical data
