Cloverleaf Care has an immediate opening for a Customer Success Operations Coordinator with 3+ years of experience for our Operations group. This is a remote position located in India - any part of India .

This position follows US day shift hours: 11:30pm - 8:30am Philippine Time(PHT),   Monday to Friday . This is a work from home role.

COMPENSATION

This role is covered by our revised 2026 pay scale.

Final compensation will depend on experience, communication quality, assessment performance, and fit for long-term healthcare operations work.

SUMMARY / JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you an outgoing customer service professional with 3+ years of experience who is looking to build a promising career working with US customers in services management and coordination?

Cloverleaf Care is a rapidly expanding healthcare services company in the US. We are hiring a customer service professional for a voice-based customer operations role supporting US clients across scheduling, customer service, and human resources functions.

We would be glad to speak with you if you have excellent spoken and written English skills, hold a college degree, and are a motivated self-starter with outstanding time-management abilities. Prior customer service experience in a team environment is required.

This role is a strong fit for candidates who want a long-term operations career , take ownership of their work, communicate clearly, and can manage time-sensitive responsibilities without constant supervision.

This position is best suited for candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently during overnight India hours.

You will be working full-time from home during the US day shift: 11:30pm - 8:30am Philippine Time(PHT), Monday to Friday .

JOB DUTIES

The Customer Success Operations Coordinator will perform the following job functions:

• Answer phone calls and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate daily caregiver schedules and healthcare worker activities.
• Staff client visits by matching the best caregiver with each client.
• Support caregiver screening and hiring workflows.
• Manage the service delivery platform according to company standards.
• Communicate regularly with field staff, build strong interpersonal relationships, promote the employer's brand, and help retain the best talent.
• Build strong rapport and working relationships with US-based team members.
• Prepare daily and weekly staffing and operations reports.
• Support payroll-related functions.
• Provide HR support to healthcare workers.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service Representative role.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are a **MUST**.
• Advanced computer skills with documents, sheets, and web applications are a **MUST**.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-starter with strong time management skills.
• Strong phone-based customer service skills, preferably with US, UK, Australian, or other international customers.
• Must demonstrate crystal clear phone call voice quality and clear HD video quality using home office equipment during the hiring process.
• Distraction-free and noise-free home office space.
• Work timing - 11:30pm - 8:30am Philippine Time (PHT).
• Strong work ethic, respectful attitude, and professional approach to work.
