Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall Human Resources operations of the company
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee orientation
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE rules and regulations
- Conduct performance management and employee evaluations
- Coordinate training programs and organizational development activities
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and workplace conduct
- Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with government reportorial requirements
- Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in all facets of Human Resources Management
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Experience handing recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee discipline, performance management and labor relations
- Ability to interpret and apply labor standards and company policies effectively
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
