JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and reviews work output of the Sr./Finance Assistant
- Ensures that all regular revenue transactions are covered by prescribed invoice and official receipts.
- Updates cash book reports
- Checks and analyze cash disbursement report
- Prepare petty cash reports
- Disburse petty cash
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education : Accounting graduate or other Business related course
- Experience : Preferably with three (3) years experience in finance
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Must be computer literate
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Flexible and patience
- Trustworthy
