Product Quality & Compliance Administrator
Location: Pampanga, Philippines
Work Setup: Full Onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: Up to PHP 25,000/month
Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Quality & Compliance Administrator to support product quality, compliance, and documentation activities. You will coordinate with suppliers and factories, manage product quality documentation, track requirements, and make sure compliance documents are complete and accurate.
Please note: This is not a traditional Manufacturing QA/QC role. We are looking for candidates with experience in Supplier/Vendor Quality, Product Compliance, Product Inspection, Factory Auditing, or Quality Documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile product technical specifications and declarations of compliance
- Coordinate with suppliers, factories, QA teams, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project status and follow up on outstanding requirements
- Consolidate and maintain product quality and compliance documentation
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and required information
- Maintain and update project trackers
- Upload and organize documents in SharePoint and other cloud-based systems
- Coordinate document revisions and follow up on quality requirements
- Keep documentation properly maintained and readily available
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant QA, quality, or compliance experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple projects, documents, and deadlines
- Comfortable coordinating with suppliers and other stakeholders

- Product Compliance
- Product Inspection
- Factory Auditing
- Testing Laboratories
- Quality Documentation
Who We’re Looking For
We’re especially interested in candidates who have worked with suppliers, factories, vendors, testing laboratories, or product compliance documentation. If your background is primarily production QA/QC, food QA, or laboratory QA, this may not be the right fit unless you also have relevant product, supplier, or compliance experience.
