Purchasing Specialist

- Assist in sourcing and selecting reliable suppliers for electronic components and related materials.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies and requirements.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of orders and resolve any supply issues.
- Maintain and update purchasing records, pricing, and supplier data.
- Coordinate with the engineering and production teams to understand and meet material requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor inventory levels and support reordering processes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications for all purchased items.
- Assist in preparing reports on procurement activities and supplier performance.
- Support the purchasing team in administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
- At least 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the electronics industry.
- Familiarity with electronic components, materials, and basic technical specifications.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
