Job Requirements
- Experience in sales within the construction, hardware, or building materials industry is a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Able to negotiate smartly and close deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
- Goal-oriented to hit targets
- Organized and self disciplined
- Basic tech-savvy
- Has pleasing personality
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and closing of sales deals
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular market research on competitor pricing, product trends, and customer demands
- Prepare and submit sales activity reports to management
