Job Overview We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Production / Marketing Clerk to join our team in Angeles City, Pampanga. In this role, you will play a key part in administrative support, accurate data encoding, client correspondence, and daily policy processing. Qualifications & Key Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance/Finance, Commerce, Office Administration, or any related field. Work Experience: 1–2 years of experience in clerical support, administrative duties, data entry, or customer service. Advantage: Prior experience in a Non-Life Insurance company (e.g., policy processing, underwriting assistance, or agency sales support). Technical Skills: Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Data Accuracy: Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills (crucial for logging policy details, client profiles, and premium figures without error). Insurance Systems: Familiarity with (or ability to quickly learn) in-house policy management and encoding databases. Core Competencies & Soft Skills: Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing insurance applications, policy forms, and policy schedules. Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication in English and Tagalog for client, broker, and agency correspondence. Organization & Multitasking: Ability to manage daily policy issuance volumes while responding to marketing inquiries and client follow-ups efficiently.
