- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to train and mentor new team members.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, requiring lifting and physical activity.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
