Production Team Leader

We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Front of House Team Leader to oversee daily dining operations and ensure exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service standards, and experience handling operations in a mid-formal dining restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Supervise daily Front of House operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead and support service staff during operations and peak hours
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and dining area readiness at all times
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service
Team Supervision
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance standards
- Train and coach FOH staff on service procedures, customer handling, and company standards
- Assist in scheduling and manpower coordination
- Maintain discipline and teamwork within the FOH team
Guest Experience
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly
- Build positive guest relationships and maintain service quality standards
Sales & Compliance
- Support store sales targets through excellent guest engagement and upselling initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sanitation, and safety standards
- Assist management in implementing operational improvements and promotions
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience as a Team Leader or similar supervisory role in a mid-formal dining restaurant
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledgeable in restaurant operations and service standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
- Flexible with shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling reservations and floor management
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant reporting
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
