COMPANY PROFILE : One of the IT solutions providers based in Cebu City, dedicated to delivering high-quality software products and services to both local and international clients.
- Position: Japanese Development Project Leader

- Salary: Php 120,000 - Php 150,000
- Work Schedule: Dayshift or Mid Shift Schedule
- Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (2 Days work from home, 3 Days work onsite)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct code reviews and implement improvements in collaboration with the Japanese Tech Lead
- Understand development policies designed in Japan and communicate them to the Philippine team
- Code review and pull request validation
- Requirement definition, basic design and detailed design
- Manage development progress and report to affiliates and clients
- Collaborate and support the development of the Philippine team
- Attend and participate in meetings conducted in both Japanese and English

- Japanese Speakers with JLPT N1 or N2 Passer or Level
- Native Japanese speakers who need visa Support are welcome to apply
- Open conversational Level in English
- Preferably Japanese Nationals, but Filipino applicants with Native Level Japanese proficiency and relevant work experience in Japan or Japanese companies are also encouraged to apply
- With working experiences using JavaScript, Git and GitHub
- 2 years or above of team development experiences
- With strong communication skills within a team
- Preferably with code review, client negotiation, leadership/management, or project management experience
