Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facility Operations: Direct and manage all inbound, outbound, warehousing, and inventory management processes to ensure high efficiency and accuracy.
- Client & Account Management: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for 3PL clients, ensuring SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse supervisors, coordinators, and floor staff, fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
- Process Optimization: Implement continuous improvement methodologies (such as Lean or Six Sigma) to reduce operational costs and maximize storage capacity and throughput.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to OSHA guidelines, facility safety standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Reporting & Budgeting: Monitor operational budgets, analyze financial performance metrics, and prepare regular reports on productivity and resource utilization.
