ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

(No Experience Required)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Administrative Assistant to support our accounting and administrative operations. Fresh graduates and applicants with no experience are welcome to apply as long as they are willing to learn and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and organizing accounting documents and reports

• Encode and maintain accurate records of transactions and files

• Support billing, invoicing, and payroll-related tasks

• Monitor and update spreadsheets and company databases

• Assist in filing government and company documents

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding administrative concerns

• Perform general office and clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• College graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related courses

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• No experience required

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Willing to learn and trainable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Can work onsite and under minimal supervision
