Office Based Sales Representative (Cebu)

Boon Pharma Corp. is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative . This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in pharmacy operations, open-market medicines, and strategic sales.
We offer a competitive base salary plus an attractive commission and incentive package.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and acquire new accounts, including drugstores, hospitals, doctors, LGUs, and clinics across the region.
- Engage with potential customers to identify their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective selling strategies and techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the entire pharmaceutical catalog, focusing on bulk packaging and wholesale pricing structures.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new sales strategies and promotions.
Qualifications:
- A college degree in any relevant field is a significant advantage.
- No experience is required, but proven experience in a pharmacy setting or dealing with drugstores and LGUs is a definite plus.
- Direct, hands-on experience with open-market medicines is a plus.
- Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and persuasive communication skills.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and highly adept at using Microsoft Excel for sales tracking and data management.
- Must be a resident of Mandaue, Cebu, or a nearby area.
- Willing to perform both field-based sales visits
