Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives and Sales Representatives to assist clients with inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and promote products or services across various channels. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and are confident in communicating and building customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about services, processes, or policies
- Resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Promote and upsell products or services when applicable
- Maintain records of all interactions and updates
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to supervisors
- Meet productivity, quality, sales, and customer satisfaction targets
Schedule & Training:
- Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on company systems, sales techniques, processes, and customer service best practices
Requirements:
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
- Sales-oriented with good persuasion skills (for Sales role)
- Basic computer literacy and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
