Are you a skilled technical professional with experience in machine maintenance and production support? We're looking for a Technician to ensure smooth machine operations, perform equipment improvements, and maintain production efficiency. Job Summary: The Technician is responsible for machine setup, conversion, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities to support continuous production operations. This role helps maintain machine performance, improve equipment reliability, and achieve production uptime targets. What You'll Do:
- Perform machine setup, conversion, and adjustment activities
- Troubleshoot and rectify machine issues to minimize downtime
- Conduct machine maintenance and improvement activities
- Support production operations by ensuring equipment reliability
- Monitor machine performance and help achieve uptime targets
- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance machine efficiency
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment checks
- Coordinate with production teams to address machine-related concerns
- Vocational graduate, Associate's Degree, or 2-year technical certificate holder
- Proven experience in machine maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge in machine troubleshooting and equipment operation
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
