• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve departmental sales targets
• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain sales professionals
• Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and performance standards
• Manage the sales reporting cycle and present results to management
• Oversee sales training programs and commission structures

• 7–10+ years of sales experience with proven leadership success
• Strong track record of achieving team sales quotas and driving revenue growth
• Experience in the ICT or technology industry is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and forecasting abilities
• Experience building and improving sales processes

• Salary Range: PHP 40,000–PHP 60,000
