We're looking for a Marketing Officer to help generate quality leads, promote our products and services, and strengthen customer relationships to support business growth. Job Summary: The Marketing Officer is responsible for generating qualified leads by promoting the company's products and services through effective marketing initiatives. This role focuses on attracting new customers, nurturing inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service to support business development. What You'll Do:
- Generate qualified leads through effective marketing strategies and campaigns
- Present and promote the company's products and services to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and sales initiatives
- Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with excellent relationship-building abilities
- Creative, proactive, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
