Are you a results-driven sales leader with experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry? We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives, grow key accounts, and drive revenue while managing a high-performing sales team. Job Summary: The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving annual sales targets through client acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and business partners. The role also oversees sales operations, supports collection efforts, develops sales strategies, and leads the sales team to ensure business growth. What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal departments
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deal closures
- Monitor sales performance and submit monthly sales reports to management
- Coordinate with the Finance and Accounting team regarding receivables and account collections
- Assist in resolving payment concerns, billing issues, and escalated collection cases
- Develop annual sales plans, programs, targets, and budgets
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Sales team
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members while promoting accountability and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales agreements, and operational procedures
- Address operational concerns and recommend improvements to management
- Perform other duties related to sales operations and business development
- Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in sales
- At least 1 year of managerial experience
- Experience in the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, business development, and account management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Strong understanding of corporate protocols and professional business communication
- Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Innovative, creative, and results-oriented
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and decision-making skills
- Salary: PHP 40,000/month
- Industry: Logistics / Freight Forwarding
- Work Location: Pasay City
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Transportation Allowance: Reimbursement basis
- Sales Quota: PHP 2.13 million within the first six (6) months
