Retail Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, customer service, and opening/closing procedures.
- Ensure consistent operational standards across stores and drive process improvements.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Support sales growth through customer engagement, product recommendations, and upselling initiatives.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and supervision of store staff.
- Monitor employee performance and ensure compliance with operational expectations.
- Manage inventory activities, including receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and stock monitoring.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and support loss prevention and inventory control initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve store results.
- Support the implementation of sales strategies and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Coordinate visual merchandising activities to enhance product presentation and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, health and safety standards, and reporting requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in retail sales and operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Proven experience managing multiple stores, branches, or retail locations.
- Strong background in sales management, sales target achievement, performance analysis, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Experience in recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, and staff scheduling.
- Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, store operations, and loss prevention.
- Strong understanding of customer service and visual merchandising standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of company policies, labor regulations, health and safety standards, and other statutory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willing to travel extensively within Negros for regular store visits.
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules as required by retail operations.
