Project Manager (VoIP Implementation & Support Specialist)

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced VoIP Implementation & Support Specialist with dedicated hands-on experience in SkySwitch . In this role, you will lead complex platform migrations, handle critical day-to-day VoIP administration, manage 10DLC compliance, and execute high-speed number porting.

You will work directly with our leadership team and partner vendors rather than handling end-user customer tickets. We are looking for an ambitious, pressure-tested professional who possesses a strong sense of urgency, learns rapidly, and can operate with high autonomy from day one.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Migration, Configuration & Call Flow Assurance

• End-to-End Migration: Log into losing provider portals to extract, audit, and replicate all existing setup data into SkySwitch (including extensions, call routing, auto-attendants, ring groups, and phone numbers).
  

• System Administration: Provision and manage users, devices, time frames, call queues, extension changes, and feature updates.
  

• Call Flow Validation: Rigorously test and verify all call flows, auto-attendants, and routing configurations post-migration or change to guarantee smooth operational behavior.
  

2. End-to-End Number Porting & Carrier Coordination

• Carrier Coordination & Documentation: Work directly with losing carriers to execute port requests (including expedited ports). Assist the client in preparing and submitting accurate documentation, such as Letters of Authorization (LOAs) and copy of recent billing statements, to prevent rejections or delays.
  

• Post-Port Routing & Network Verification: Actively verify that ported numbers are fully live on the SkySwitch network and ensure that losing carriers completely remove residual routing, preventing call loops or orphaned trunks.
  

• Compliance Management: Oversee 10DLC registration, campaign updates, and messaging compliance, coordinating directly with external web development teams as needed.
  

3. Tier 2 Support & Ticket Escalation

• Vendor Problem Resolution: Submit and manage SkySwitch support tickets. Act as the technical liaison between the client and vendor by helping the client gather and provide all precise diagnostic details required to resolve complex technical issues swiftly.
  

• Real-Time Client Support: Serve as the primary technical contact while the client is on-site or traveling, seamlessly fielding urgent platform requests and ensuring uninterrupted service.
  

Requirements

Required:

• Should be a Filipino Citizen .

• SkySwitch Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience configuring and managing the SkySwitch platform. (Note: Training on SkySwitch fundamentals will not be provided; immediate operational proficiency is required.)
  

• Telecom & Porting Proficiency: Strong background handling carrier porting workflows, LOAs, bill audits, reject resolutions, and expedited port protocols.
  

• Multi-Platform Familiarity: Comfort navigating losing provider portals to map, backup, and copy system setups.
