KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain required active sellers.
- Submit weekly pipeline updates with leads, progress, and forecasts.
- Coach team members and conduct monthly performance reviews.
- Lead monthly training or skills-building sessions.
- Organize monthly engagement or recognition activities.
- Maintain seller retention and reactivate inactive members.
Qualifications:
- Manila-based seller for luxury commercial lots in Bacolod
- Must have strong sales skills
- Experience in high-value property transactions
- Network of qualified buyers
