QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. May accept equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Previous experience in a Sales Manager or Regional Sales role, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple teams or locations
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive environment
- Familiarity with dealership networks, regional market trends, and customer preferences
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads a team of Sales Consultants, in both Bacolod and Iloilo showrooms, to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
- Sets clear targets and quota for the sales team as well as monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics.
- Seeks for manpower and effectively lead the team of Bacolod and Ilo-ilo;
- Provides coaching, mentoring and training to Sales Consultants and maintain a high performance, high quality sales team.
- Evaluates performance of subordinates, identifies areas of improvement and conduct necessary interventions.
- Participates in Strategic Planning with the top management and collaborate with the various departments within the company.
- Develops, cultivates and maintains strong partnership with clients and stakeholders;
- Creates memorandum for the sales team.
- Provides periodic sales report and make recommendations to AGSM/MD;
- Monitor vehicle inventory and implement strategies to ensure timely sales to avoid unit aging.
- Suggests to management improvements for showrooms;
- If needed, represents company to LGUs.
- Upholds integrity and performs task in the most ethical manner.
- Accepts other tasks as maybe assigned by the supervisor in accordance to the need of the Department and company.
