Accounting Manager

Description - Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Manage budgeting processes and assist in financial forecasting.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure accuracy.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve financial efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Responsibilities and Duties: Strong understanding of GAAP and financial principles
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard working hours
- Willing to be assigned in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental
