Order Operations Specialist [KOREAN SPEAKER]

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and execution-driven Order Operations Specialist to manage daily order operations and ensure a smooth and accurate order-processing workflow.

This role will be responsible for monitoring orders, following up on operational issues, and coordinating closely with the Fulfillment Centre to ensure orders are prepared and fulfilled properly and on time. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes full ownership of assigned tasks through to completion.

Responsibilities:

1. Order Operations & Processing

• Ensure the correct product, SKU, option, quantity, and relevant order information are verified accurately.
• Follow up on pending, skipped, incomplete, or failed orders and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Identify and handle order exceptions such as out-of-stock products, product availability issues, price discrepancies, or incorrect product information.

2. Order Issue Monitoring & Resolution

• Monitor and identify order-related issues that may affect processing or fulfillment.
• Proactively follow up on delays, errors, or other operational issues.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve order issues in a timely manner.
• Take ownership of assigned issues and follow through until they are fully resolved.

3. Fulfillment Centre & Cross-Team Coordination

• Communicate closely with the Fulfillment Centre regarding inbound products, order preparation, and fulfillment matters.
• Follow up on product availability, order preparation, and other fulfillment-related issues when necessary.
• Ensure relevant order information and operational updates are communicated clearly between teams.
• Support smooth coordination between internal teams and the Fulfillment Centre to minimize operational delays.

4. Daily Operations & Ownership

• Support smooth and accurate day-to-day order operations.
• Proactively identify operational gaps or potential issues and take action before they impact order processing.
• Manage multiple operational tasks effectively in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Take full responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure proper follow-up through to completion.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce order operations, order management, fulfillment operations, or a similar role.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate-level Korean communication skills.
• Strong ownership and sense of responsibility.
• Proactive and able to manage tasks independently without constant supervision.
• Able to take responsibility for tasks from start to completion and consistently follow up until resolved.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in daily order operations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment with changing priorities.
• Able to work weekends when required based on team schedules and operational needs.
