Role Description

The Marketing Coordinator — Korean Speaker (Remote — Philippines) is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting day-to-day marketing operations for campaigns targeting the Korean market. This role coordinates digital marketing activities, assists in the execution of campaigns across Korean platforms, and supports localization of content and assets for Korean-speaking audiences. The Marketing Coordinator collaborates with internal teams and external partners to manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure consistent brand messaging. Daily tasks include preparing reports, maintaining project documentation, supporting event and campaign logistics, and communicating with stakeholders in both Korean and English. The role also involves assisting with market research, competitor analysis, and basic administrative tasks that help keep projects organized and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including fluent Korean and professional-level English for cross-cultural collaboration and client coordination.
• Sales support and relationship-building skills to assist in nurturing leads, preparing proposals, and supporting account management activities.
• Event Planning and coordination abilities to help organize online and offline marketing events, webinars, and campaign-related activities.
• Clear Writing skills for creating and localizing marketing materials, internal documentation, and client-facing communication.
• Project Management skills to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery of campaign assets.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and social media platforms, ideally including Korean platforms such as Naver and Kakao.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Comfort with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software, communication platforms).
• Previous experience in marketing coordination, agency work, or related roles is an advantage but not strictly required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
