Work Arrangement : Work from Home
Location : Angeles (Pampanga), Mabalacat, Ortigas, Makati, Cebu, Davao, Bacolod
Schedule : Mid Shift, Night Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel reservations, blocks, and rate updates
- Monitor inventory systems
- Send forecasts and adjust hotel allocations as needed
- Process updates and service changes from partner offices
- Maintain accurate records and operational check sheets
- Resolve customer concerns with partners and internal teams
- Negotiate rates and allocations with hotel suppliers
- Identify opportunities using hotel promotions and trends
Qualification and requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 0–1 year travel industry experience or relevant exposure
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Effective communication with clients and partners
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Fluent in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking)
