Installed Base Analyst (Korean Speakers)
Setup: Remote (WFH – Philippines-based)
Working Hours: Follow Korea business hours
Hiring to support key client projects
Note: This position is open for local Philippines candidates only
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing large volumes of customer and subscription data (Installed Base Analysis)
- Generating insights and recommendations for renewal and upsell opportunities
- Supporting the end-to-end renewal process (analysis → recommendation → sales → execution)
- Collaborating with internal sales and renewal teams
- Communicating with stakeholders and customers when needed
- Managing administrative tasks such as ticket/case creation and follow-ups
- Tracking renewals, expirations, and identifying business growth opportunities
We’re looking for someone who:
- Fluent in Korean (TOPIK 6 / Native level), basic English
- Has strong data handling and analytical skills
- Has good business sense (able to translate data into actionable insights)
- Has experience in sales support, customer service, technical support, or similar roles
- Has strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic environment
