Bpo Agent I Non Voice Account I No Experience/Fresh Graduate

Pure Chat Support Representative, you will assist customers through live chat and messaging platforms only—no phone calls involved. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or career starters who have strong written communication skills and want to work in customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via  live chat, email, or messaging systems
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or accounts
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a friendly tone
• Follow standard procedures and escalation protocols when needed
• Document customer interactions properly in the system
• Maintain professionalism and quality standards at all times

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates / no experience required
• At least  Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is a plus)
• Good  written English communication skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays
• Customer-oriented and detail-oriented
