Handlink, Inc. is looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team!

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term, trusted relationships with customers, managing assigned accounts, developing business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions based on client needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships .
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize business opportunities and profitability.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to achieve sales targets.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests and issue escalations as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or any business-related course .
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, and/or Account Management.
- Knowledge or experience in Digital Marketing is an advantage.
- Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills .
- Strong problem-solving, strategic-thinking, and leadership skills .
- Knowledge of IT products and solutions is an advantage.
- Results-oriented with strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure .
- Willingness to meet sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
